At my school, our prom tickets are per person.
Throw in a dress, shoes, hair, accessories, and other odds and end, it brings the price to well over 0... and that is doing it cheaply.
I know people renting limos, going to the cities to eat at restaurants costing a plate, and dishing out the dough for a super fancy spa day.
So, really, what is the big deal about prom?
It's not going to be the first or last formal event one will be allowed to attend in their life.
It just seems that people hype way to much about the whole prom thing.
Can someone explain why prom is such a big deal?
