It seems to me that most smokers don't care where they smoke. Now don't get me wrong, I don't hang out where they smoke, but it seems to me that they don't care what the laws are. ( I live in CA) We live in an Apt. and we have a wonderful pool & spa here. Out side the gates it says no smoking in the pool and spa area . And people still are smoking when they are laying out or in the spa. 99% of the buildings have signs on the doors saying no smoking with in 25 feet of any public buildings. And you see smokers smoking right next to the door.
Most smokers don't ask if anybody cares if they smoke. They are smoking around there kids ( which is abuse and is killing them) with out a second thought.

Why do you guys think you have the right to smoke where ever you want? It is dirty and smells bad. It does make people sick. If you want to kill your self that is your choice but, I don't want to breath in that crap. And your children have the right not to breath in that crap too!
