What's a nice hotel to stay in on the Las Vegas Strip?

My fiance and I are eloping and want to stay in a really nice hotel (we wanted to stay at the wynn but it was a little too expensive for us) But we do want it to be extravagant! We don't care that much about where we get married (we want VERY no-frills), but if you have a recommendation about that too, that's great!

We're not big gamblers, but we love to eat, so one with nice restaurants, entertainment, pool, spa, etc is what we're looking for. We've never been, so we want to make it memorable!

If you are looking for affordability, comfort, upscale rooms and a great location, I would highly suggest the Luxor.

They have a great chapel as well.

I have stayed in every 4 and 5 Star Hotel on the boulevard and many off. I can tell you that Luxor has everything that a vacationer could want out of a hotel. They have amazing pools and water scapes and a fantastic spa.

Book a room in the tower, they are all brand new, top notch rooms with an extravagant bathroom.

The Luxor has everything without having to comprimise, it is also one of the best and safest locations.

If you want to spend a little more and receive all the luxuries of an upscale resort, You can get a 5 star hotel either Bellagio or Venetian for about $165.00 a night on Priceline.com.

When it comes to dining, it is best to eat off the strip as the restaurants on it are mostly fake and cater to tourists that think they are eating in fine restaurants.

If I were planning this trip, I would rent a car from Dollar, Book a hotel in Lake Las Vegas at either The Ritz or The Loews. Both hotels offer limo service to the strip if you don’t want to drive. The restaurants are also far better at the lake than anywhere on the strip.

In any event, I am sure you will enjoy your stay.. Just read reviews of resorts if you decide to not take my advice, you will be thankful that you did.

Congratulations and I hope that you will have a memorable wedding.

I liked Ceasar’s Palace a lot. It has a very nice pool and I think it has pretty good food. Plus really good shopping. Enjoy..

We stayed at the Bellagio and it was gorgeous but had a great meal at the Paris. It felt like we were in France!! We’ve also stayed at the Venitian which is good for shopping!!

Here are a few that may work for you.

Mirage, Treasure Island, Paris, Luxor, Excalibur, New York New York, Riviera, Circus Circus, these are a few of the nicer places that aren’t super expensive. For cheaper eats, try a buffet.

When we went to Las Vegas, we stayed at Circus Circus (it has one nice restaurant, shopping and an amusement park). Ceasar’s Palace, Bellagio, Lexus, MGM and several others. Circus Circus was very inexpensive though. Good luck!

Treasure Island has a really nice, quaint wedding chapel.

The hotel itself is also great!! Nice rooms, nice atmosphere; but not as noisy & hectic as some of the others on the strip!!!

    Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!
