This is basically a few questions. I have a gunite pool that needs to be marble dusted. I also really want a hot tub to go with it. I've decided to do the marble dusting for the pool, new coping around the pool, and new tile in the pool so that the whole thing looks new. I'll do the spa part after the summer. That being said, I'm now in somewhat of a rush and I haven't seen any samples except for pictures. I'm going to try to have samples sent to me so I can see something real. The company that's doing this suggested medium gray marble dusting and bluestone coping. This sounded good to me. A lot of people seem to be happy with the bluestone. My first question is, is bluestone one standard color? I thought it was, but I want to be sure. Next, is medium gray marble dusting the way to go? Last question is about the tile in the pool. All I know is that I want a natural type of texture. I don't want shiny tiles. I'm not sure if it's best to go with something blueish to match the tile or if it should be green or an earth tone or whatever else. In other words, what looks best with bluestone?
