I'm booking a trip as a gift for my boyfriend. I've only been to Vegas once nd stayed at the Luxor. I know all the big name hotels, but can anyone tell me what the most fun place is? There are a few really nice ones (like the Wynn) that I'm afraid might be boring. Doesn't need to be budget -three stars & up.

I'm not looking for a spa or nice pool, I'm looking for the best bars & location for a boys' weekend.
