~I Live In A Mobile Home Park That Will Only Allow Me To Set Up My Pool If I Have A Doctors Note.
~Are These Good Enough Reasons For My Doctor To Write Me A Note?
~Is There Any Other Reasons I Should Bring Up To My Doctor That I Am Forgetting?
