What are these small red spots in these places?

Hi guys, I'm a tween/pre-teen and I woke up this morning to find small red spots on my shoulders, my back and above my boobs. Is this normal or weird? Why? What are they? I haven't ate anything and I have been kept in my house, not allergic to anything...I have Epistaxis, a problem in my nose and Pharyngitus, a problem in my throat, but that wouldn't affect it, would it? Yesterday I went in my Aunt's inflatable hot tub for a good while, but I don't think that could have anything to do with it, would it? Thanks in advance!!!
I'll see about bed bugs - will check my bed now. And about the chlorine, I don't think it is because it's never happened before when I've been swimming D:
I do not think they're pimples, because pimples don't itch? (Do they?) and lol, bacne, I remember that advert from Another Cinderella Story ''You give yo man a heart attack, cuz you got acne on yo back! B-B-BABY GOT BACNE!"
O_O WHY HAVE THEY SUDDENLY STARTED ITCHING.
Discovered I now have them on my lower back and bum. They really itch everywhere. They are not chicken pox, I have already had them.

My gym have sauna, steam room, spa, pool, and shower.

Can anyone explain what benefit do sauna and steam room have?

I'm not too fond of sauna, but I really like steam room. They have shower head that spray cool water in steam room which feel so nice to go under for a second or two once every few minutes.

However I'm wondering if there's any proper order to use them or what? Hope someone can help me with that one. Thanks in advance.

Can anyone PLEASE tell me the scent that is in the neck pillow that Beauti Control gives the hostess of one of their spa parties? I love the product; the party was a bit fun, but the stench of the pillow when warmed is unbareable! I have tried putting lavender sachets that I made into the cover - and that didn't help at all. I don't want to take the entire thing apart as it is really well balanced and if it didn't contain the obnoxious odor I would love it. If you have any suggestions please help me. I am also not a seamstress and anything that even smacks of sewing is not something that I can do. (What a crappy grandma I am!) Thanks in advance ~D
This pillow is not filled with buckwheat hulls or flax seed. I'm not certain what is in it. I took some fabric softener sheets and made pouches of them in which I placed the lavender. I put 4 of them inside the removable and washable cover. I was hoping that someone here was a Beauti Control person and knew what was inside. I will try to spray with the odor covering spray. These are great suggestions; please keep them coming. ~D

How do you upgrade a circuit from 120V/20 Amp to 230V/30 or 50 Amp?

I want to add an outdoor spa to an existing pool, but the pool electrical only has 120V/20 Amp breakers. For the spa, I need 230V/30 or 50 Amp breakers added. Is this difficult/expensive to do? Do I need to rewire existing wiring? Do I need a dedicated circuit just for the spa, or can the existing wiring be upgraded so as to also be able to power the spa? Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a Hotel/Spa that has Sky or cable television.
I know you don't go to a hotel for this generally but the Mrs wants a real relaxing break of doing nothing at all.
A swimming pool would be a benefit too.
If not the UK maybe Ireland, France or Somewhere close on the continent.

i'm about to take an all expense paid company trip -- food, spa treatments, and resort room are being covered by my boss. my boss is a really nice guy --- i've worked several places where something like this would be more like a joke around the water cooler (haha... mr. XXX do something nice for us? haha). so how do i go about thanking him? or do i even mention it?? what is common curtosey w/o being unprofessional?

Spa question (hot tub)?

My spa was delivered with 3 inch wood frame on the underside (like a small pedestal). Is this normal? I would have expected it to be flat so when you place it on cement it is evenly distributed.

I have a call placed into technical support but it could take 3 days to find out and Im dying ot know.
