Hi guys, I’m a tween/pre-teen and I woke up this morning to find small red spots on my shoulders, my back and above my boobs. Is this normal or weird? Why? What are they? I haven’t ate anything and I have been kept in my house, not allergic to anything…I have Epistaxis, a problem in my nose and Pharyngitus, a problem in my throat, but that wouldn’t affect it, would it? Yesterday I went in my Aunt’s inflatable hot tub for a good while, but I don’t think that could have anything to do with it, would it? Thanks in advance!!!

Discovered I now have them on my lower back and bum. They really itch everywhere. They are not chicken pox, I have already had them.

okayb Im a new home owner and have a inground pool. it has a "hayward setup" I had the pool guy out to make some repairs but a friend tried to turn the spa on and now I’m not sure which way the values are suppose to face? i.e pool suction, spa suction, in the middle? I just want to have my pool run they way it was before it was touched . Any help would would be great!!

He is 3 years 4 months old, We want him to swim but he will not leave the pool stairs. He always wears his water wings but we STILL can’t convince him that there is nothing to be afraid of.

He doesn’t understand that with the water wings on, he isn’t going to go under water. He even wears his wings with a floating "O" tube. But he won’t leave the stairs. I try so hard to get him in the water but he won’t. I don’t want to grab him and throw him in because I am afraid it might do something to him mentally.

Any time I come near him, he runs away, he thinks I will throw him in. But I tell him I wouldn’t do something like that, I never lie to him. One minute he says he wants to go down the pool slide, He gets to the top and then climbs back down the ladder. He would rather want to watch me go down the slide. When I ask him "Why don’t you want to go in the water?" He responds "Its scary" He doesn’t understand that when he goes in the water, the water wings will keep him on the surface.

I have taken him to many pools, big , small, He doesn’t even get in the Spa that is only 5 foot deep total.

It is really irritating me. He asks to go swimming. We put our swim suits on and all he does is sit on the steps and mess with the water. We have a inflatable dolphin that goes in the water. He plays with it in the grass. I want him in the water, so he can understand how much fun it is.

I don’t want to hear any crap about how Water wings don’t work. I used water wings when I was his age and I am a excellent swimmer.
In order for me to teach him how to swim, I must first have him in the water, I honestly don’t think it is time for him to know how to swim yet. Just enjoy the pool.

If I pay for him to acquire swim lessons. Will the instructors make him lose his fear of the water? I don’t know what to do. He isn’t afraid of water, Every night he wants to take a bath and he is always in the tub for at least a hour. I even have pool toys for him. Still not convincing. I even tell him if he goes down the slide I will catch him. Also told him he can ride on my shoulders in the water, I told him he can also ride on my shoulders while I STAND UP in the water.

I am really Tall, he enjoys getting on my shoulders when we aren’t swimming. But he won’t ride on my shoulders when I stand in the shallow end of the pool. I have searched my issue on Google and I find nothing that answers my question. It seems as if no one else has had this problem.

I need some logical advice from swim instructors or therapists or any parents.
I don’t want to be criticized about water wings, they worked for me so they should work for him.

I must FIRST get him in the pool to teach him how to swim. Once he is in the pool, I want to let him get used to the pool. Then I will teach him.

*I am physically disabled. I was paralyzed for two years, and I am in a lot of pain*

OK, I met someone online, on a dating site. They offered to take me on a road trip to the coast of Oregon. I told them that I had no money except . They told me this was no problem because they had just got their taxes back. I was VERY adamant about telling them that I had no cash to contribute. They insisted on taking me. I told them flat out in no uncertain terms that I could not contribute. I am repeating this part because it is important.

Their offer was this: I will come pick you up, take you to dinner, we will sleep, get up, and then go to the coast of Oregon.

I told her that I was down for a road trip but there was no way that I could go because I had no cash. She was very clear that she would pay for the trip. this was solidly established because I have no desire to take advantage of anyone.

She came and got me and we got Thai food. Then we went to her house.

We ended up having sex. I pushed myself physically while sleeping with her to the point of making myself physically ill. We had sex multiple times.

In the morning I woke up ridiculously sick. I told her that I needed to take a bath or I would be sick for the whole day. She explained that she understood this because her father was the same way. She lived in a trailer and the only form of hot bath was an inflatable hot tub that had to be prepared before use.

I told her I was grotesquely ill and that I needed to get into the hot water immediately. She was well aware that if I didn’t get in that I would be essentially crippled for the rest of the day. So, she proceeded to get up and cook breakfast for the next hour and just let me lie there in pain. Asa result I ended up almost physically incapacitated for the rest of the day.

We ate breakfast, and I asked her. "Are we going to go on the road trip?" She said, "We woke up too late." So, we never went, which was the only reason I went to begin with.

So, now I am stranded 50 miles from home, 3 miles from a store. I have no way to get to this store. I needed a cigarette. I asked her to take me to the store so I could get cigarettes. She didn’t. I was stuck. However, her father, who lived next door had just got several cartons in the mail. So, since I could not get out to get my own, I asked for ONE cigarette. ONE, that’s it. She treated me like I was the rudest human on Earth for asking this question.

So, I sat there ALL day stuck at this persons house, repeatedly sleeping with her whenever she wanted, as much as I was physically capable of. I eventually could even have sex with anymore because I couldn’t freaking move.

The evening came. I was hungry. I told her I was hungry. She did not offer me any food, and would not take me to the store. Then, she looked at me and said, "do you want some garlic toast?" I said, "yes"

I told her I was starving. She had cupboards full of food but had not offered me anything but some toast. I finally got up after feeling pushed around and grabbed the first food I could find: a bag of Doritos–which could have bought myself if she would have taken me to the store. I grabbed them and she said, "Aren’t you going to ask?" I said, "So, I don’t have to ask to cum on your face but I have to ask for some chips?" She said, "You can only have a couple." I felt like a prisoner.

Then she came in with the garlic toast. However, she had made a full dinner for herself. She sat and ate Potato soup, drank a "boutique" soda, right in front of me. She sat and ate fucking dinner in front of me, and I hade 3 pieces of burnt garlic toast.

Then, I was finally fed up and asked her to take me home. I gave to her physically almost beyond my capacity, she was pushy and controlling–she handed me a sleeve of movies to pick one and then after I looked through them she said "we are watching this," She refused to allow me to go to the store so I could buy my own food and cigarettes with my last , she ate fucking dinner inf front of me, screwed me on the road trip, and then had the nerve to treat me like I was a mooch.

I did everything I possibly could to take care of myself in this situation and she as well aware when she came and got me that I only had to my name. I just went home and never called her again.

End if story. Nope. Now several days later she is accusing me of taking advantage of her, and criticizing me for not giving her my last , and saying that it was rude to just take 15 Doritos and ONE cigarette.

I don’t want your opinion of my lifestyle but I want someone to read this and tell me how I took advantage of this person. I did EVERYTHING in my power to establish my financial situation and pay for my own requests beyond her offer. She completely refused to allow me to take care of myself and who I finally did stick up for myself I was selfish.

Somebody please stick up for me…
I realize now what my mistakes were. I’m trying to fix the situation by making better choices. The whole thing was just hurtful and sad, and I feel very cheap and stupid for allowing myself to get in this situation.

Or hot tub if you wish.

AT our COMMUNITY swimming pool (meaning a private pool to be used only by those living in our subdivision or guests), we have a list of pool rules. Rule #4 states that "Children still in diapers are NOT allowed in pool or spa." Yet, I continue to be baffled by the amount of ignorant, useless, and downright rude people who take their babies wearing diapers into the pool. So that I can swim around in baby feces… I think not! Other pool-goers are just as annoyed about this as I am. A woman was recently confronted about her baby in the pool and she responded by saying "oh, well she has a swimming diaper on". We even reiterated the rule: "Children still in diapers are NOT allowed in pool or spa."
I have called the HOA and they have also said that if any children with ANY type of diaper are found in the pool, the city will close the pool down. Does anyone, by chance, have a Public health book or PC code book for Texas? I would love to have it with me for my next encounter with poopybaby
I’m glad too. Coming from a woman who has nothing better to do than ask questions like, "Ddid anyone else see Rosie get snippy with Barbara?" Get off your ass, get a job, and stop being a drain on society! If you aren’t going to answer my question, then keep your dumb opinions to yourself.

Well to start out, I’m going to be purchasing a 4” "Spa Sensations" memory foam mattress pad for my bed. It was rated by consumer reports as a top buy. The only problem I have with memory foam is that I’ve heard that it can retain heat and some people feel it makes for a hotter nights sleep, and I personally seem to get hot at night when I sleep. QVC sold a memory foam topper with a "Coolmax Cover" that helps for a cooler nights sleep, but they are sold out.

Is there some sort of mattress pad on the market that would do the same trick as a "Coolmax cover" (which is said to "help wick moisture away from the body")? I would put this type of a mattress pad on top of the 4” Spa Sensations memory foam pad.

Also, I would need to purchase new deeper sheets for my bed. Is there any certain type of fabric that helps for a cooler nights sleep?

P.S. I know I could just turn down the A/C but I’m trying to keep electricity usage down, and my roommates don’t want a freezing house. Thanks!

You can change "swim" a little if you’d like… for example, change it into "swam", "swimming", or "pool".

We are planning on going on holiday to Tunisa in September 2010. There will be 8 adults & 11 + 12 year old. (Budget is about £650/800 each + spending money no more than £300)(cheaper the better)

We are definitely going to go all inclusive but would like advice on where are the "must see/do things"

I just curious, my sister married japanese guy and she said people there don’t feel shy to be naked in the public bathroom and spa. its called "Onzen?", where people in every generations come to bathing together in the pool, natural spa, hot spring or minaral pool etc.

Not : my sister married the japanese guy, one time I visited japan and I find that there has the strange culture, for example. in every countries, everyone dress up themselves at home before come into the wedding? but in japan, people bring their cloths to the hotel and change their cloth in the room, where the hotel provide it, for all guests to change their cloth there………………it was surprized me that there is no privat room for each of the guests, to change their cloth. when someone told me to change my cloth, she brought me into the big room where a lot of guests from the different wedding were changing inside there, some was naked, make-up or dressing………….it isn’t what I espected it in oriental culture. I’m muallaf ( new muslim student) and I couldn’t accept the culture like that. so decided to go to the woman toilet and change my cloth in the toilet.
