It seems to me that most smokers don’t care where they smoke. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t hang out where they smoke, but it seems to me that they don’t care what the laws are. ( I live in CA) We live in an Apt. and we have a wonderful pool & spa here. Out side the gates it says no smoking in the pool and spa area . And people still are smoking when they are laying out or in the spa. 99% of the buildings have signs on the doors saying no smoking with in 25 feet of any public buildings. And you see smokers smoking right next to the door.
Most smokers don’t ask if anybody cares if they smoke. They are smoking around there kids ( which is abuse and is killing them) with out a second thought.
Why do you guys think you have the right to smoke where ever you want? It is dirty and smells bad. It does make people sick. If you want to kill your self that is your choice but, I don’t want to breath in that crap. And your children have the right not to breath in that crap too!
We live in a mobile home park. The park recently put cameras in the pool and spa area. My problem is that the video screens are visible through the park office window 24/7. This means than anyone can have access to the video without knowledge of the park or the residents. The pool is private, (buildings/bushes block all visual access) but with the moniters visible to the public, anyone can be watching with out our knowledge.
Is there a law or code I can cite to get them to turn off the moniters (or even close the blinds to the office) during off hours?
My problem is with the moniters and their placement, NOT the cameras themselves. Thankyou.

with heated pool and spa or massages!
I just got back from the coast and this is weird but my genital area started itching then a little bit on my stomach and then my left eye started itching like crazy! There is nothing visually wrong with my genital area at all but my eye is slightly swollen (tiny bit) and a small spot on my stomach has what looks like poison oak or ivy. but i did not touch any bushes or plants it was just the hotel and the beach and pool and spa. Any suggestions would be much appreciated
It will be around the end of February, probably at my house or a local park. I don’t have a large backyard, though I do have a pool and spa. I live in San Diego, so it should be warm enough to hang out outside, though it might be overcast. I don’t have a huge budget so I can’t get a band or anything, but I do want to have a fun and unique party. Ideas?
ok i’ll start off saying, that the ages would range from about 14 to 18, we’re highschooled homeschool students… dont stereotype, i promise we’re perfectly normal, and actually have lives, and dont wear clothes that cover every inch of out body hahaha…
im throwing a pool party/ bbq at the end of the year here’s somemore info
-50 to 75 expected guests
-i live in plano tx, so it should be warm my the time the school year ends
-we have a pool and spa in our backyard, its a pretty large pool. and its not the plastic 6ft pools, that u can buy at costco or sams or whatever
-we have a bbq in our yard as well
-we have a hammock and a playground type thing
my question is what would make for a good pool party/bbq for a fairly large group of teens
-should i send invites via email, facebook, mail, in person, or what?
-what food do u think i should serve: burgers and dogs wit like chips and fruit tray, or do u have other suggestions
-what are some other things that make for a fun time
-oh and money isnt really an issue, but my dad works hard, so i dont want to spend too much on the party
thanks for any help you can give

Can anyone tell me what some nice apartment or condo complexes are in San Diego? By "nice" I mean clean, quite, safe, appliances work, maintenance is good etc… I am looking at the La Jolla and Pacific Beach area. I wouldnt mind living in a community with a pool and spa and fitness center, etc, but it’s not a necessity. I would like to get a furnished unit with 3 bedrooms and not pay above ,400 a month. There are loads of places on rent.com and apartments.com, but everything that looks decent has been rated terrible by current or former tennants. Can anyone give me some recommendations? Thanks.
