Swimming Pool Problem?
Both pool and spa are filled nicely with the correct amount of water. My problem occurs when the system is turned off, at which time the spa water drains down and the pool water level increases. I think perhaps some of the valve switches are incorrectly set allowing the spa water to be fed back into the pool, but I’m not sure. How should the valves be set? Or is there some other reason? I’ll appreciate any answer. Thanks.

Your pool or spa should be filled when the pump in NOT turned ON to get the correct level of water. When the pump is turned on the water level will lower a bit for the volume that the pump uses. Do NOT add more water to your pool or spa.
When you turn off the pump after use, the water level will return to the proper fill level. This will solve your water level problem. You do not have a valve switch setting problem.
