Problem with the Comfort Line Spa 2 Go Portable Spa with Micro Jets – Blue/White?
when I have my pump running to heat the water up. It’ll display OH after a while and won’t heat up. Can’t figure out how to fix it. Ive unplugged it and let it sit for a while and when I plug it back in after a little while it’ll say the same thing.
this thing isn’t even a year old.

  2. bill says:

OH probably means overheating and then the heating element automatically is cut off. the most likely cause is the element is going bad and needs replacing. it is resetting when unplugged

  3. Newlywed! says:

I have never heard of anything like that…not a bad idea!

Why not get those feet soakers? They are probably the next best thing. I’m sure you can find some on sale right now!

Does anyone know of a place that makes, folding or inflatable tubs that would fit into the walk in shower?
I have a converted walk in shower (used to be a tub but the tub was taken out. I would like to occassionally soak my legs. Does anyone know of a place that makes, folding or inflatable tubs that would fit into the walk in shower?. I have done searches but all I come up with is portable spas and they are too big to fit into the shower area.

  5. Pool Guy says:

Bromine will work out cheaper. Until you get used to using it in your spa, you will need to test the water regularly and decide what a good number of tablets is to keep in your float. Bromine (tabs) are acidic so the regular addition pH buffer (bicarb soda) is essential (tablespoon at a time).
You will probably need to drain the spa and start over (check with the poppit people).
And importantly keep in perspective how much you are spending on chems trying to keep 1000L (aprox $1.50 worth) of dirty bath water clean.
If it smells, clouds up or leaves scum on the side of the spa it time to change it, no amount of chemicals will get rid of the body fats and salts that build up.

Portable Home Spa (Hotspring Tiger River line)….220v vs. 110v?
We’re trying to decide on a spa. Inisghts/opinions on Hotspring spas (Tiger River line) much appreciated. Also, does it take a lot longer to heat back up if it’s 110v (vs 220v)?

  7. Amos S says:

if the amperage load is 20 at 220 volts,it will be 40 at 110 volts.Higher amp load means it will cost more to operate. it will take longer to reheat using 110 volts.it would be best to go with 220.

  8. Bec B says:

    Spa – Outdoor portable?
I am using Spa Poppits at the moment but am finding the upkeep of my spa very expensive using this product. I am considering changing to Bromine Tablets hoping this will be cheaper. Is there anything I should know about using or changing to Bromine for my spa?

  9. morningfury says:

What is the sound quality and volume like on an ipod sat on a portable speaker unit?
Is it comparable to a standard small stereo or old boom box? I need one for mellow meditation/spa type music played at a medium level when teaching yoga and bellydance on location. Any recommendations on brands, etc?
