Marbella Hot Tubs & Pools

Author: John Lewis

Most people consider that it is a real boon to have a swimming pool and obviously it is great, especially if you have children or grand children, but anybody who actually has one will be well aware of the actual time it takes to keep it clean from everything the wind and elements bring to it.

In addition, you have the routine of having to constantly check that the balance and quality of the water is correct. Then unless one also has a water heating system, which usually turns out to be expensive the pool, can only give a nice bathing temperature for only a few months of the year at the most. To have a sauna is also great as you feel wonderful after that final shower and in the winter, it really warms you up. Many people having both these luxuries have now decided to try the latest trend that is so popular in the United States and is rapidly growing round the world that of a Jacuzzi style Hot Tub.

When choosing a Hot Tub there a few points to consider and here are some of them:-

Good quality Hot Tubs have well designed shells made from high-grade acrylic like Lucite Extra Cast or Quarrite. Make sure that the Acrylic is of a high standard not just that it is simply Lucite inspired or based on a Lucite design. Get the Hot tub dealer to show you his colours chips marked Lucite or Quarrite as appropriate.

If it is not made of these materials then one has to ask one self why not, as these two makers of Acrylic are acknowledged as making some of the best acrylic for Hot Tub Jacuzzi Spas in the world.

Modern Hot Tubs have well designed plumbing systems to minimize the noise of their running and avoid tight or small pipe runs and are well designed and assembled with proper materials and not in a cheap skate way.

The latest electronic controls like Balboa to control the spa functions such as heating - pumps - timers and that kind of thing

A proper bottom or base that will with stand the elements and any attacks from horrible beasties. Some Ozone and I hear you saying what is that? Everybody I ask claims they know what it is but I doubt somewhat. Ozone is something I am sure many of us have heard of but do not really know what it actually is.

Ozone is a form of" active oxygen", nature's very own special molecule and interestingly enough the composition of one ozone molecule contains three oxygen atoms. On the cheaper imports, the Ozone looks like large water droplets but on the proper made spas, the Ozone is seen as a fine stream of air bubbles.

Properly designed seats that are accommodating and have different heights and shapes so as to create a different sensation treatment

A properly made cover that will retain heat and our experience is that with proper cover, the hot tub with no heating will only lose one or two degrees overnight say from 7 in the evening to 10 am in the morning. Obviously, the ambient temperature will have some effect on this.

the first place to start is to find the website for the manufacturer of your spa. you may have to open up the access panel to find it, if not listed in an obvious place. next try these:
http://www.spababes.com(i know, sounds funky, but lots of good info)
    http://www.spadepot.com – parts, troubleshoot, supplies
next would be a web search for ‘spa care’
    Hope that helps.

What are some good URL’s that explain to a novice how to maintain hot tubs and pools?
I just bought a house with a hot tub and inherited a bunch of chemicals with it but have no idea how to maintain the tub. The tub came with Test Strips, Alkalinity UP, Spa Perfect, Chlorinating granules, spa down, spa up, protect plus, and shock. What are some good websites/URL’s that explain to a novice how to maintain hot tubs and pools? Thanks

Hot tubs and pools after getting a tat?
I got a tat 2 weeks ago tomorrow, I was just wondering how long before i could go swimming after getting one done. The scab is long gone, but its still slightly ichy.

Not really. Chlorinated swimming pools generally provide a very hostile enviroment as the chlorine kills all the bugs in the water. That’s the point of chlorinating our pools, drinking water etc. You’d be perfectly safe from HIV anyway it doesn’t transmit easily unless you’re having sexual/blood contact with the infected person.

What Are Generally More Expensive, Hot Tubs Or Pools?

When we went to buy a pool, I’d seen hot tubs as far up as $13,000. The 24ft. Pool we bought was $3,000, I’m pretty sure. The cheapest hot tub was $4,000 I think.

Some can be as low as $2,000 though.
It depends on the size of the pool and the hot-tub.

Looking for a nice all inclusive resort in Cancun with pools, hot tubs, swim up bars, and shops,?
Does anyone know where a nice place to stay in Cancun is? We want an all inclusive resort with the best pools, hot tubs, swim up bars, spas, and the best place to lay out by the pool and enjoy the ocean view and pools. Also looking for a resort that has stuff to do there at the resort, like restraunts and shops there at the resort, and maybe a few activities, Also, are there shops/restraunts/markets within walking distance of the resort? We are planning on going in the spring of next year.

Agree with the above, but be warned that although the tat will be okay, the skin over it might still be a little sensitive. The chlorine in a hot tub or pool could irritate it a bit.

If you soak a lot and the water has more than average chlorination, I can see the itchiness getting to be annoying. Keep some moisturizer nearby in case it feels tight/itchy afterwards. A little put on mine ~2.5 weeks after inking and following a hot tubbing dealt with that fine.

Just a little south of the Cancun Airport is the resort called Paradisus Riviera Cancun – All Inclusive Resort.

Massages and spa treatments cost extra, but each room has a private terrace with a view of the Caribbean Sea. These rooms are 520 square feet. They have a swim up bar and Jacuzzi/Hot Tubs. Click this link to view photos and read the details:
