I'm applying for a job at a spa, where it lists the owners name, and the managers name. Whom should I make the resume out to. At my last job, it was the manager that interviewed and hired me, and I met the owner after, however, I did make the resume out to the owner.

Also, if I dont know who the owner/manager is, whom should I make the cover letter out to?
