we are a warranty repair center for them. Give us a call and I can walk you through on the phone if you need real help. Most likely you do. That is telling me basically one of two things that either the sensors at A or B have failed or your board. The sensors are nice and cheap if it’s not under warranty. If it’s the board that’s a lot different. You have some options.

I have a nice keys backyard hot tub. I am not so happy with it. all the equipment works ok, but I do not like the location of the big jets with respect to the seating configuration.

otherwise, I guess it is ok.

Bleed the air out of the pump. Do you have an owners manual? Read it.

    F2 isn’t an error code it’s the Filter cycle is on 2 hours. F2 = 2 hours, F4= 4hours etc…

Most likely though if you did not fill it up through the filter you have an “air lock” teh easiest fastest way is to loosen the small valve that is at the bottom of the black Ultima pump underneath the white pipe. First turn off your tub and then let it sit for ten minutes…then loosen this up while you have the pump on high speed. Air will bleed out and the water will flow. as it does close th plug back again. You can do it also by loosening the PVC that goes into the front (center) of the pump. YOu can also loosen the hand tightened white threads on one side of the heater to get the air out of your heater but this might let water splash and get inside the plastic housing getting on the board an possibly ruining it so I would prefer you didn’t unless you know how to do it slowly. Feel free to email me directly if you need more advice…btw I am a service center for them also…and they are closed until the 6th or 7th….
