Has anyone had any problems using Baquacil in an indoor spa?
I have a 750 litre spa undercover, and have changed from chlorine to lithium hypochlorite, but still dislike odour. Read of Baquacil pool owners encountering problems after time and reverting to chlorine, and of course having to empty the pool. However, as we have been instructed to empty and refill our spa 3-4 times/yr, surely this would prevent the sort of problems developing that pool owners face.

I was allergic to it myself but other than that I have not heard any problems from a sanitation stand point.

How do you clean a jacuzzi indoor spa?
We have one with 12 jets indoors in our master bath room. I know I can use some things that will not disturb the surface of the jacuzzi. However, what is it that you must do once a month to clean the yets? How do I do that/

The best chemical to use for your jetted bath tub is called sodium dichlor .fill the tub with water over the jets and just put in 2 oz in the tub run for 15 to 20 min and you wont have to worry about soap scum and all the stuff that you leave in a tub . this chemical is almost neutral in ph and can be used while you are in the tub. this chemical can be bought at any pool, supply store and comes in a 2 lb container.

Go for the Blue Buffalo Wilderness. It’s roughly the same price, but has more protein and less carbs. The thing that people will mention with Spa Select Indoor food is that there’s too much brown rice in it and that means more carbs. I had my cats on the Indoor Formula for a while until someone mentioned I switch to something grain free. I think they were right too, since my one cat stopped coughing up hairballs after I switched him. I feed the spa select canned food to my foster kittens though.

I have a spa that doesn’t keep the water Heated?
I have an indoor jetted spa that is a little older. For some reason it is not keeping the water heated. I would like to know what I need to do to fix this and what it may cost.

    philly hotels with indoor pool/spa?
my friend and her mom are planning a winter getaway and they both love to swim they are looking for a full service restaurant on site so they dont have to leave the hotel if they dont feel like it. Any suggestions?

This answer can vary depending on budget:

The Center City Marriott has a small pool and hot tub, with several restaurants on site and covered (although briefly outside) access to the Reading terminal market. It could be pricey though, especially if a convention is in town. The Ettore Spa is on site, off the lobby. (Disclaimer, I checked the web site for the hotel and they are not listing a pool atm, it may be under renovation, so confirm before booking)

Another choice might be the Hilton Garden Inn, which also has an indoor pool and restaurant, same general location.

There may be others with indoor pools as well, these two I have just personally seen :)
