if i missed the first day of work because i got jumped and knocked out for about 6 hours outside of the bowlin

bowling alley and when i woke up my car keys were missing. i went home and my boss called to ask why i missed work. i told him but he doesnt seem to believe me. do you think once he sees my messed up face tomarow he will not be so mad or do you think he will be more mad because i now haveto talk to customers with a black eye? it looks really bad and i do pool and spa installation

    As an employer, it doesn’t look good that you missed no matter what the excuse. Maybe you should look for another job and mark it up for experience.

    I don’t believe you either. Your car is stolen, at least your keys are, you were knocked out for 6 hours and the police aren’t called. Then you didn’t see a doctor after being knocked out for 6 hours. No one saw you laying there? What part of the story do I need to say your boss would even think about believing? If I was your boss you wouldn’t have to worry about the customers as you wouldn’t have a job for a lie like that.
