I need help with a product that is a plug with threads and a eye bolt that screws into it ?

I am putting a winch connected to the top of my hot tub cover. I need a plug like screw that is flat on the end facing the hot tub that won't scratch the hot tub finish and has an eye hook on the screw part so that I can attach a wire to the bracket of the main support. When tighten, it will tighten as it is screwed together.
