i know nothing about jacuzzis. i'm house sitting and want to know how to turn the heat on in the jacuzzi. the heater is a raypak. it looks similar if not exactly like the one shown here: http://www.fixya.com/support/p1184302-raypak_rp2100_pool_spa_heater_lonox_40

when i switch the power on on the heater the little screen remains blank.
can anyone help me with possible steps in could take to try to get this jacuzzi going?
