First go sit in all three when they are empty. Check out how much leg room there is , and how many jets there are for
each seat. The larger the hot tub is, the more it will cost to
heat it. Is it 110 volts or 220 volts, 220 is cheaper to run, but you may have to have new electrical wiring run by an electrician. How many people will be using it at the same
time ( back to size and cost ), trust me you don’t want to
try to have 5 people in a 4 person tub. Check the Energy Star
rating, or ask the sales people for something showing how
    much energy the unit uses.
Find out how long all components are under warranty, not just
the tub itself, the pumps, the jets, the water lines, etc.
Don’t be afraid to ask, compare all three, don’t rush
Jacuzzi and Hotsprings are both reputable companies, I don’t
    know about Sundance.

What is a good hot tub brand?
I know absolutely nothing about hot tubs, but I want to find one that’s under $3000 cdn. Does anyone have any ideas what I should be looking for in a good hot tub? I just want one that will hold up and is still nice.

Usually banks won’t lend on something that has virtually no resale value.
    Credit unions might–2 years.
The place that you buy it from might go 3 years–depending on how much other stuff you buy like a deck or gazebo, covers and chemicals. You will pay a high interest rate. Sometimes they jack up the price and offer a lower rate. Be advised that whatever their advertised price, they bought it from the vendor for 50% of that price.

how long do most lender go on hot tub financing?
Can anyone also suggest a good hot tub brand?

    Hello,

I’m a professional in the Pool and Spa industry. I will tell you now that you get what you pay for. I have seen many low cost hot tubs ($2500-3500 range) and sometimes they are falling apart from the factory and must be repaired before being sold. If the spa comes with a warranty, expect the spa to be disposable after the warranty is up.

One thing that many potential spa owners don’t realize is the cost to repair a spa when something goes wrong. Most spa technicians will charge you $75-100 per hour. The average major repair on a hot tub is between $400-800 dollars. When hot tubs start having issues, one thing follows another.

One thing to check into if whether or not your home owners insurance will cover a hot tub.

My suggestion, save your money and purchase a high quality spa. Look into Bullfrog spas. Superior quality, superior customer service.

    Hope this helps.

The (Br) goes into the air, you may want to get one of the floating bromine dispensers if the tub does not have one in the skimmer.
If the tub is left at “zero” for too long it will become a human bacteria frat.
You could end up with Folliculitis. They are bacterial sores, like zits on the portion of your body that the dirty water sits on the longest. (Your A__ and legs.)

Where is my bromine going in my hot tub?
We just got a new Jacuzzi brand hot tub. We’ve been following the instructions for chemicals as best we can. Every time we finish using it (daily lately) we test and the bromine is zero or close to it. We add more. We test 20 mins later and it’s fine. Sometimes even a bit high. However, the next day, its back to zero. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Is it safe for us to use when it’s at zero?

    Thanks!
Yes it’s covered when not in use.

We just purchased one. The brand is HotSpring and the model is Envoy. It is fantastic.Get one with a moto-massage jet……

Dont forget to try them. We went after hours in our suits and tried them all. Thank goodness. The one we liked by sight turned out to be the least comfortable.
