The boss had to go to California and dictated a letter to his assistant. This letter was addressed to their branch office in California.
'Dear Mr. Balzac,
Please book a hotel suite for me. The hotel should be in the business district. It should be really De-Luxe. It should have swimming pool, spa, and gym. My suite should have AC, jacuzzi, bar etc. etc. etc.'
When the boss arrived, he was taken to his hotel. The branch manager accompanies him to his room. There he was shown the swimming pool, spa, gym, jacuzzi and the bar. He was surprised to see 3 beautiful girls. He asks 'who are they?'.
The manager replies 'they are the 3 et ceteras you have asked for'.
