Ernst & Young vs. PricewaterhouseCoopers, which one is a better company to work for?

I received an offer for a TSRS position with EY and a SPA position with PwC. Now I am in a dilemna on which offer to accept. Both firms seem the same to me in these aspects:
1) I like both firm very much, they both seem promising.
2) I have friends from both company.
3) Compensation & benefits are very similar.
4) I like the people I met in both firms.
5) The type of work are pretty much the same.

Now since, they are pretty much the same to me, the hard part is to distinguish which one would be the best one in terms of career growth and opportuinties, better reputation in the industry, and which one are more hard on their employees in terms of work hours (I know the big4 require longer work hours during the busy season). There's got to be something that one firm is better than the other, what are those?
