i want to go to the cape with a couple of friends but we have never really been there before that's why we don't now where to stay. here is what we want at the place we are going to stay there

spa
fitness center(doesn't have to)
next to the beach(it has to be)

there is another thing that is really important it can't be alot of money like per night 150 or less
