Question is Can YOU afford it? What is your income? What about utilities? Heat is pretty expensive as is A/C. Is that $100 more per month for furnished or a one time extra $100? If it's monthly, I'd say No to furnished. Anyway, it's fun to get your own stuff and furnish your own place. You can get lots of good stuff at Goodwill, Salvation Army so you don't break the bank, and it's your choice. But being furnished, you don't have to move stuff in and out.
