Sounds like a pretty good deal. Question is Can YOU afford it? What is your income? What about utilities? Heat is pretty expensive as is A/C.
Is that $100 more per month for furnished or a one time extra $100? If it’s monthly, I’d say No to furnished. Anyway, it’s fun to get your own stuff and furnish your own place. You can get lots of good stuff at Goodwill, Salvation Army so you don’t break the bank, and it’s your choice. But being furnished, you don’t have to move stuff in and out.
sounds ok if you can afford it
The price depends on where the apartment is, but doesn’t sound out of line for what they provide, although I’d check on that "most units feature…" to be sure that yours does.
If the extra $100 is per month, I wouldn’t go that way – hit a few local thrift stores or classified ads to get the basics.
Good luck.
Wow. This sounds like a great deal. As long as you have a secured income that you can support yourself on, then you should definitely pay the money to have it furnished! May I ask where this apartment is?
Where I live it would be a great deal.
