Do you have food ideas for a girls spa nite?

I am having a spa nite with some girlfriends and would like easy "relaxing by the beach" food and drink ideas for serving my guest. Nothing to hard or time consuming to prepare.

Shrimp chilled (have your seafood guy cook and clean it for you and you are ahead of the game – or buy those frozen bags of precooked, peeled deviened and just thaw)

Serve with Mango salsa – get a jar of mangoes and cut up fine with a bit of minced red onion, a touch of salsa verde and some chopped cilantro or flat leaf parsley

Make a salad of fennel sliced thin with orange slices and a bit of a light vinaigrette

serve goat cheese rounds with fresh grated lemon zest and cracked pepper over lavosh hearts

    Fresh grapes and strawberries

Champagne and Juice (orange, pineapple, a mixed juice, passion fruit)

    Have Fun

Hmmm… the beach, spa-ish party would make me want to eat refreshing things. I had a similar party recently and my food was a major hit! Easy as heck too!

    Salsa and three-color chips

    Simply baked citrus/barbecue chicken breasts

Mix orange, lemon and lime juice to your taste

2 part olive oil to one part juice mixture
(Slowly add oil to juice in thin stream while
    stirring. IMPORTANT)

    Salt and Pepper

Maybe one or two herbs of your choice

    Marinade overnight, shaking occasionally.

Cook breasts with Masterpiece Original BBQ
Sauce in foil packet with some veggies for
flavor in the oven for 20-30 min

    Magic Corn –

Boiled frozen corn with an array of toppings
to choose … lemon juice, pepper, cayenne,
cheese powder, bbq powder, chives, garlic,
    onion powder, etc.

    Tossed Salad

    Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    homemade creamy pineapple/coconut/lemonade punch,

    , rainbow sherbet,

angel food cake with berries and whipped topping

Mint tea with munchies at the end…

Everything extremely yummy and healthy for the figure!
You can even throw in a naughty dessert and not feel guilty!
The healthy food will keep everyone energetic too.

something lite like tortilla rollups, lemonade, keep it light. you dont want anything to heavy. sandwiches and such. and if u need liquor wine coolers or they have at all stores now margarita and cosmopolitan mixes like cranberry and pomegranite

Get some pineapple and serve that or any other tropical fruit like mangoes, bananas, kiwi, guavas, etc. Those are all easy to cut up and serve (not to mention healthy). Tropical drinks would be fun, too like pina coladas, mai tais, margaritas, daquiris, or mojitos (all can be done non-alcoholic).

You could also do a picnic type theme with sandwiches, fruit, chips and dip, crackers and cheese, juice, and cupcakes or cookies. Pretend like you are lounging in the sand having a picnic. That would be fun too.
