anyone know how i could get in contact with this manufacture

I am switching from a bromine system. I added the chlorine-based shock as directed by the spa retailer on instillation of the new Nature2 Spa stick. However, my wife also mistakenly put 4 tbsp of the bromine shock into the tub…do I need to wait for things to balance out, empty the tub and start again, or adjust any mineral/pH levels to bring things back into order. My test strips read high on the cholrinde levels, low on the bromine levels?

A few questions:
1. The Spa Frog directions say to establish an initial residual of 1-2PPM of bromine or chlorine using brominating concentrate or chlorine shock… which one is best to use?

2. In the case of chlorine shock, I thought that shock revived existing chlorine… can shock be used to increase chlorine level if no chlorine has been added?

3. Do I need separate test strips for bromine and chlorine? (If I’m establishing the initial level with chlorine, then maintaining the bromine level, for example…)

I am running baqua spa in my hot tub and it smells like mold or mildew. We have replaced the filter and emptied and refilled the tub. Within a week or two it begins to smell. What can we do? When you get out of the tub the smell says on our bodies. The water is clear and looks fine but has a strong odor.
