Spa quite heating after?

Sundance spa. The flo error is on. Heater worked for about 10 degrees before it quite. It has a new board and a new temp sensor, the jets all seem to be working fine.

Has anyone tried to repair their spas?

I have an older Morgan spa, but it has not worked for a year. I am thinking of replacing the "spa pack" (moter, blower, heater). Has anyone had success in doing this themselves? If so, how difficult is it? Thanks!!!
