We have one of those 3 ft inflatable pools, we've treated it with pool shocker 4 in 1, the spa tablets, and even clean the filter everyday with bleach. But the pool is still green, what's wrong and how do we fix it.

have a leasur bay spa with a low flow problem???
Leasue bay spa /tanga model / It is only 3 mounts old and has a low flow on the display repair man said it was just dirty so I cleaned it and put new filter in it and still the same anyone have any sugestions??? no reset but I turned on and off the power

My Spa drains when I turn it on.?
Everything else seems to be working fine and the Spa was working fine until last week. When I turn my Spa on it drains completely (within 5 minutes) into the pool. When I turn the "Pool" filter back on, the Spa will fill back up. Any clues?
