Opinion? Am I a bad guy?

A woman where I work is upset with me and telling people that I played her. This is not the scenario. She’s a single mother, two kids. She’d been invited out with a group from work for a couple of months before she finally told someone that she didn’t have a baby sitter and couldn’t afford one. I sent her a note saying cut loose and if she bought the first drink, I would cover the babysitter and the rest of the evening. Everything was cool-I got my little sister to baby sit and it was a good time. It was apparent though that she was really self conscious about her acne. I liked her so I thought I would ask another woman friend of mine who works at a spa to give her a treat and she did. Inside a week this girl was hot. Make up-not the dollar store crap she’d been using and a few perfumes, nails, my girl told me it was trial stuff they give to customers free. I asked her out a couple of times and we had fun. We went on week end trip, she asked me to her kids promotion ceremony and I went-picnic afterward-everything. Then she finds out I’m still planning a trip with another friend of mine and she flips. She’s pissed now cause I met her kids and says I shouldn’t have done that, she says she’d been used, I misrepresented myself. Now the office is taking sides. My boss is shaking his head telling me it better blow over. I don’t think I had anything to do with this. Opinions?
I got the kid a DS for his promotion with a couple of games and so the other one wasn't jealous I got her something too-I was never bad to her kids.
Is it fair for my landlord/aunt to answer my questions?

What color to use for an accent wall?

Hi, I'm going to be painting my master bedroom in Benjamin Moore's Tranquility paint, and was wondering what would be a good paint color for an accent wall?

It went into detail about a woman's anatomy, had recipes for making a home spa, touched on topics of gender identification and femininity as a whole. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the book. It was in the religion/spirituality section, by the pagan/wiccan books in Barnes and Noble, and had what looked like a close up of a womans bare hip on the cover. Please help me before I go insane!

Scars left over from pimples?? Ew ?

I had a couple of nasty pimples on my forehead right up against the hairline and (yes i know i shuldn't hav and believe me I really regret it now) picked at them. They're all gone now except there are awful scars there. They look like dark red spots and are absalutely disgusting. Even my foundation doesn't cover them and I hate wearing foundation over them because even though I wear the lightest foundation I can find, my forehead is really pale and so even the light foundation looks yellowy and stands out especially against skin that is clean of foundation.

What can I do???? These scars are really making me insecure and now I don't even have the confidence to wear my hair pulled back. I'm only 14 and I don't want to go to any spa or any place and preferably not buy anything really expensive.

preferably just something simple. but I need help so urgently?!!

Eeeewwww, Eeeeewww, Smell that Smell!?

Can anyone PLEASE tell me the scent that is in the neck pillow that Beauti Control gives the hostess of one of their spa parties? I love the product; the party was a bit fun, but the stench of the pillow when warmed is unbareable! I have tried putting lavender sachets that I made into the cover - and that didn't help at all. I don't want to take the entire thing apart as it is really well balanced and if it didn't contain the obnoxious odor I would love it. If you have any suggestions please help me. I am also not a seamstress and anything that even smacks of sewing is not something that I can do. (What a crappy grandma I am!) Thanks in advance ~D
This pillow is not filled with buckwheat hulls or flax seed. I'm not certain what is in it. I took some fabric softener sheets and made pouches of them in which I placed the lavender. I put 4 of them inside the removable and washable cover. I was hoping that someone here was a Beauti Control person and knew what was inside. I will try to spray with the odor covering spray. These are great suggestions; please keep them coming. ~D

13th birthday party theme?

well for my party everyone is gonna go in a limo and then we are gonna go to a spa to get manicures and back to my house for a sleepover.

I know it sounds very girly although I am but for the sleepover part or the party I want it to be like "a night under the stars" theme. I want to cover the entire living room walls in black paper with neon glow in the dark stars and then have glow in the dark stars hanging from the ceiling. also there will be tons of glow sticks everywhere.

I am just wondering if this is kinda weird how I switch from girly to stars?! i just think it would give the party a really cool twist so people wouldn't get bored... don't you think?

Who pays for the spa trip for the bridal party?

My sister is getting married and I am her Maid of Honor. I wanted to plan a spa day for the Bridal party on the day of her wedding. Just mani's and pedi's and some girl time. So who pays for that? Do I make everyone pay a little something or is it my responsibility to cover it?

Is it legal for a prospective employer to force you to have a medical procedure to get the job?

I found this ad on Craigslist and was completely blown away by it. Please let me know what you think. It HAS to be illegal in some way. This guy is looking for an Executive Secretary for his Lasik practice in NYC. It's one thing to look for a great new employee and want your current ones to perform well but this guy is a bit over the top. He must have had a really bad day and you can tell from his post that he hates his employees. He says that in order to apply for the job, you MUST wear contacts or glasses and get a lasik procedure (this is a job requirement). What???? Is he for real??? Someone has to report this guy. So, if you have great vision, you can't work for him? Is he nuts? I guess he's not forcing you to work for him but with the job market the way it is now, if you are an experienced secretary that meets a lot of these requirements, is it legal for this guy NOT to hire you because you refuse un unnecessary medical procedure? Attorneys???? Anyone have any thoughts on this. I just had to share this with others.

23. Tell prospective patients about your own LASEK (which you’ll get for free) to get them excited!:)
24. Understand we are an elective surgery center, so you have to do marketing (e.g., get leads fr. patients)
25. Ask every 20/20 happy patient for leads (names of friends interested in getting lasered)
26. Notice which patients no-show for their postop. appointments and GET THEM IN!

First time using a tanning bed?

I'm going to start going tanning at The Spa, and there isn't anyone around to really ask what to do.

I'm not even sure how to work it. My skin is already pretty tan, but I'm kind of naturally tan as well. I tan very quickly.

I got the funky eyewear, now what? Do I need to moisturize my body from head to toe before I tan? Should I cover my face with a towel or wrap my highlighted hair?

Sorry, I know it's a lot of questions but I don't want to screw up.

Sandals Vacation?

My husband and I are planning a trip and I thought about going to Sandals Montego Bay. I know it is all inclusive, but how much money should we plan on taking for extras? I mean, should we plan for extra snacks or drinks that aren't included with the meals? Souvenirs? Pictures? Spas? Activities? Night events? I just want to make sure we have our bases covered and my credit card is ready!! Thanks for the advice in advance!
