We are looking into getting a hot tub and have a nice outside location but I am wondering if we could put it indoors. My husband thinks the steam will ruin the drywall. Any suggestions?

What good does a sauna or whrilpool hot tub offer after a workout?

I workout at a gym about three times a week, both on cycle and free-weight. After a workout, I spend some time in the whirlpool hot tub — because it feels good. The gym also has a dry and wet sauna. Besides feeling good, do these offer any benefits?
