If he wasn’t inside you, then no you can’t get pregnant…which has nothing to do with a pool or spa.

Sperm cannot live in hot environments so chances are the little swimmers died within seconds of being released. Also, the odds of one of them getting past the heat, defying the chemicals and swimming their way in your bathing suit is pretty much impossible. I’d say you’re fine.
