Can someone tell me an inexpensive, good hotel in New York?

Needs to have the following:
-Pool
-Spa
-Gym
And if they have them, Loft Rooms.
Thank-you!

Again, there is no such thing as a "inexpensive, good hotel" in NYC.
You can stay in Secaucus, NJ about 10 miles outside the city and right on the NJ Bus Line to the Port Authority for $130-$170 a night.

There is no such thing as an inexpensive hotel in NYC that has those amenities.

    These hotels have pools: http://www.nyc.com/visitor_guide/new_york_hotels_with_pools.703529/editorial_review.aspx

The Empire Hotel is probably the cheapest of those — average price around $300 per night. I don’t think they have a spa.

You’re definitely NOT going to find anything with those amenities that anyone would consider "inexpensive" in Manhattan. Your best bet is probably to look in Queens, either in Long Island City or out by JFK. There are a number of decent affordable hotels in Queens that will have pools and gyms (nowhere "inexpensive" has a spa), and many are convenient to the subway and only 15 – 30 minutes from Manhattan. You could also consider Brooklyn, New Jersey, or Westchester County (Yonkers, White Plains, etc.)

Pools, by the way, are especially rare in New York (and in urban settings in general). You’re much more likely to find a gym than a pool.

I agree, NYC is not an inexpensive city for accommodation…
    maybe you can try this:
    http://www.hotels.airlikes.com/City/New_York.htm
you can add the facilities you are looking for in the options column to get a list of these hotels. The website then compares the prices from many travel website, but I think that will still be expensive.
    Good luck!
