


i want to do south beach for a bit, but the first couple weeks (phase 1 and 2) are real tough.
diets for me a re tough in general.
what i want to know is what is the best diet/hunger suppliment out there? something that really works. i tried trim spa but i still felt hungry. i want something that just obliterates hunger. this way i can take my vitamins and protien shakes and work out and start to kickstart my metabolism.
any tips work, hunger controll or even chemical enhancers such as metabolism boosters like chromium etc...
