I am planning on visiting San Francisco in May and I’d like to know some info and I hope you will help me with some insider advices.

1. Could you recommend me some great places to eat, especially I am interested in Asian (Chinese) restaurants? Something really good and not crazy expensive (like for lunch/or dinner). I’ve heard many times that SF has the best Asian food but you should know places.

2.Could you recommend me nice public saunas (Asian or Finnish/European) with a decent swimming pool and possibly good massage/spa treatments? No fancy or super expensive but clean, decent overall and with a good service.

3. Is there any chance to enjoy beach experience in May? I know the weather is kinda chilly and ocean is not Florida warm but I know there are some beaches in SF and I wonder whether May is good for it.

I believe not all American citizens feel its necessary to travel abroad for their holidays (vacation). So where would their favourite destinations be, and where do they prefer to stay. In a hotel, condominium with all the resort facilities like communal pool, gym, spa and onsite other onsite facilities, or do they (like most brits) prefer to hire a private villa
with a pool and all the facilities and comfort of a home ?
I am thinking of buying a villa in Orlando for rental and my own use when I can go there, but would I be better buying a condo for more regular rental income from US citizens ?

Well to start out, I’m going to be purchasing a 4” "Spa Sensations" memory foam mattress pad for my bed. It was rated by consumer reports as a top buy. The only problem I have with memory foam is that I’ve heard that it can retain heat and some people feel it makes for a hotter nights sleep, and I personally seem to get hot at night when I sleep. QVC sold a memory foam topper with a "Coolmax Cover" that helps for a cooler nights sleep, but they are sold out.

Is there some sort of mattress pad on the market that would do the same trick as a "Coolmax cover" (which is said to "help wick moisture away from the body")? I would put this type of a mattress pad on top of the 4” Spa Sensations memory foam pad.

Also, I would need to purchase new deeper sheets for my bed. Is there any certain type of fabric that helps for a cooler nights sleep?

P.S. I know I could just turn down the A/C but I’m trying to keep electricity usage down, and my roommates don’t want a freezing house. Thanks!

I want to stay there because they have floating pools, whereas no other spa I’ve read about does. They also have a lodge with one room you can stay at. Plus, they have massages & other spa treatments. Also, they have a private hot tub for the people booking the room. Too good to be true, it seems. The price is awesome! I sold medicare Supp plans for 30 years and no plan ever covered eye glasses, hearing aids, health spa memberships, dental etc. I understand certain companies contract with Medicare and offer these extra’s at a cost to the tax-payer. sounds like something the Bush adm. implemented for the higher income seniors.

i am having my 14th birthday party next week.
i am having 11 girls, but NOT a sleepover.
i dont have a pool, and its to cold to swim anyways.
i dont want anything girly, like nails, hair ,spa or any of that.
is there anything to do thats not too expensive, with 11 girls?

Traveling alone (Female) I do it all the time. I want a great pool, spa, outside bar, I want to relax and become serene during the day..Then I want to head to the shopping areas as well as the casions.

Looking for a place the gears towards older people. Are there also trips avialable to The Grand Canyon? Is it a waste to rent a car?
