I have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath (4 showers), one car detatched garage, 1st floor, 1954 square feet, brand new kitchen (with cherry cabinets (honey colored stain), granite counters, stainless appliances, modern lighting, & roll out shelves) HUGE master bedroom, with a giant garden tub and a shower big enough to do push-ups in. It’s located in New Smyrna Beach, FL and is less then a mile to the beach, It’s located on Bouchelle Island on the intracoastal. The community has wet and dry boat slips for rent, a boardwalk along the intracoastal, 2 pools, a spa, clubhouse w/kitchen, 9 hole ship and putt, tennis & shuffleboard.

The building is old 3 years old, concrete construction. The unit is practically sound proof, I can barely tell when it’s raining! The community is very quiet and close to 2 down town areas.

The BEST part, is the incredibly low price!

I’m selling becasue my husband has been relocated for work out of state! We have to go like yesterday…It’s a dream to live here, but I’d rather have a husband!

We bought a hot tub off a friend. He told us it was called an Aqua set and that it is around 15 years old. It works fine except it wont get any hotter then 90 degrees? I cant find any hot tub sites that even has a hot tub like mine or with any names like mine. I have the following information that could help.

Iraq finally surrenders its oil sovereignty to trans-national corporations.

The article:

"Thirty five companies are qualified to bid on foreign oil contracts with Iraq starting next week, the Wall Street Journal reports. The government decided to auction off foreign oil contracts in an attempt to boost up its war torn economy.

The auction is taking place for the first time since Iraq nationalized its oil industry more than 30 years ago. Among top potential bidders are Exxon Mobil Corp., Royal Dutch Shell PLC, Italy’s Eni SpA, Russia’s Lukoil and China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. If all goes according to plan, the new contracts with foreign companies will help Iraq to stabilize six developed fields which have suffered because of the war.

Oil Minister Hussain al-Shahristani has expressed his commitment to staying on the deal despite lawmakers’ concerns of legality of the contracts – believed by the parliament to have highly favorable terms for the foreign companies.

According to Wall Street Journal, the oil deal could be key to stablizing Iraq’s economy and to its proposed plans to boost oil output from the current 2.4 million barrels a day to 4 million. The companies themselves, are also reported as being eager to receive the contracts due to Iraq’s relativly unexplored reservoirs, with some considering the nation as the most important opening of petrolium fields in years. Only about 20 out of the known 80 oil fields have been developed.

Al-Shahristani has stated that the companies with the lowest rates and highest potential profit for Iraq will receive the contracts, according to the article.

Approximately 120 companies were interested in bidding. The contracts will last 20 years and the winning companies will begin work in November."

I went to a high end spa and was frowned upon when I got into the jacuzzi while another guest was in it. She was talking to her dughter, who was outside the pool. Later they swithched (mother out, daughter in). I’m affraid I broke spa ettiquette.

I am sending out party invites this week. I need the money back soon to reserve a limo and pay for a small portion of party expenses. I have known many other Maids of honor that have had a bad experience with reserving a limo and collecting money upfront only in the end to bite the bullet and pay for it themselves. There is no way possible that I can afford that by myself. In the invites, I have included a form on different options the ladies can choose from ranging in costs from: Free (Just the cocktail party) Limo/ Bar option: a person (includes bar cover) and The bar/limo/spa morning after option the next per person.
regardless of if they go opt to do the spa day, I included that they are all welcome to stay the night. Heres where Iam wincing a little………In order for me to reserve a limo I need the money i am asking for the money to be returned in a little more than two weeks….how would you feel if you received this? I feel awful but it’s my only option
