What’s the average price of a 20×40 gunnite pool in your town?
Assume no frills such as waterfall, attached spa, fancy decorations, salt system etc. Just your basic pool with a heating system and filter. In southern Connecticut the average price is k. Is this ridiculous or is it the same across the country?
