i know nothing about jacuzzis. i'm house sitting and want to know how to turn the heat on in the jacuzzi. the heater is a raypak. it looks similar if not exactly like the one shown here: http://www.fixya.com/support/p1184302-raypak_rp2100_pool_spa_heater_lonox_40 when i switch the power on on the heater the little screen remains blank. can anyone help [...]

can i use liquid pool chlorine in a hot tub?

I have a 500 gallon hot tub and i use liquid pool chlorine in the hot tub. I am on a well that has high ph to start. the problem i am having is that the ph is always extremly high in the hot tub. any thought? ant better ideas? the only chemicals i use [...]

spa damaged by lightning, insurance help?

I thought, and still do, think my spa is grounded. It was installed by a licensed electrician. Had a terrible lightning storm and now can't get anything to turn on, switched the breakers and all that but no luck. Does insurance usually cover this or should I have taken out an additional coverage for this [...]

worms in my spa?

We discovered worms in our inground spa. The worms were needle thin and looked like they had a head on both ends. We have chlorine in the pool but it did not seem to bother these worms. They swim around in it like it is their native habitat. Anyone else have that same issue?
